The project
The key elements of the project proposal are the design, creation, testing and validation of 3 online courses, consisting of five disciplinary paths.
Thanks to these courses, integrated into the educational offerings of the universities, students acquire disciplinary knowledge related to the fundamentals of European and Italian culture, basic academic skills, together with topics regarding the organization of the Italian university system.
The educational paths have a disciplinary focus, but are closely integrated with L2/LS language training in Italian.
Beneficiaries
International students, mainly non-European (but not exclusively) who intend to attend degree courses at an Italian university, or who have just enrolled; Italian students from foreign universities.
Goal
Provide universities with the necessary topics and tools to improve the power of attraction of the Italian university system, increasing the number of students and favoring educational success.
The educational paths
1 introductory path on Italy and the university system.
4 disciplinary paths.
Testing phase
A fundamental part of the project is the testing phase with some of the Consortium universities, aiming to validate the contents produced and evaluate the outcomes of the educational paths that are proposed to students. The testing is carried out in the period May - September 2024.
